Country style breakfast sausage seasoning is a pantry go to for spicing ground meats or tofu. Add one tablespoons to one pound of ground meat of tofu. Mix well. Shape into patties and brown in a pan on both sides.

Ingredients

1.5 tablespoons of breakfast sausage spice.
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
3 slices bacon (diced & uncooked)
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions
In large bowl combine Breakfast Sausage Spice, pork, and bacon
Scoop out 1/4 cup of pork mixture & flatten to create small patties. Should be able to form about 16 patties..
Heat oil in large skillet and cook over medium heat. Add sausage patties and cook until browned; about 2-3 mins each side.
Recipe Note
*TO FREEZE: Uncooked sausage patties can be frozen between sheets of parchment paper for up to 1 month. Cook over medium low heat, turning often, until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. DO NOT THAW.
