Spicy Piri Piri Prawn Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
12 oz pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, cooking until softened.
Add prawns and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until prawns are pink and cooked through.
Sprinkle piri piri spice, salt, and pepper over the prawn mixture. Stir well to coat evenly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine all ingredients.
