Maple Glazed Bacon Carbonara (Vegan)

You really can't go wrong with Bacon Powder , especially when its VEGAN!
Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti

1 cup vegan bacon powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together vegan bacon powder, maple syrup, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, cook the vegan bacon mixture over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Serve the maple-glazed vegan bacon carbonara hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley
Recipe Note
Feel free to add in some tofu or sautéed veggies like mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition. You can also add nuts or beans to the mix. Adjust the sweetness of the dish by adding more or less maple syrup to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy!
