THE SPICE GUY
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
3 tablespoons olive oil
-
3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix well to create the marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until each wing is evenly coated with the marinade.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the rack.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Transfer the wings to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
