There is a spice in New Orleans, they call the Rising Sun, and it's been the ruin of many a poor wing, and God, I know, I'm eatin' one.

This New Orleans inspired spice is amazing for any food that you want to add a little of that N'Orleans flair to. It's nice and cajun-y with an awesome zip of garlic flavor that will just make your dishes burst with flavor that you want to keep coming back to over and over.

We think this one pairs awesome with; whitefish, chicken wings, tofu, jambalaya, a good old fashioned crab boil for sure and about a million other things.
