Honey Thai Bangkok Dry-Rubbed Baked Chicken Wings

This blend of honey powder and madras style curry will take your chicken wings from, pretty decent, to out of this world. Think Bangkok, think street food. Think awesome. This blend is great on the grill and in a pan.

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp Honey Thai Bangkok
Directions
Dry wings with paper towels to remove excess liquid
Place wings in large bowl and rub olive oil evenly onto each piece.
Sprinkle 1/2 the Honey Thai Bangkok Spice onto chicken wings and rub in. Flip wings and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 onto the wings and rub in. If needed add more of the Honey Thai Bangkok.
Place rack over shallow baking pan with sides. Place seasoned wings on rack.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20mins, flip each wing, then bake for 10 more mins.
Turn oven broiler on low and broil for another 10 mins
Remove from oven. Serve with celery, carrots, and dressing of your choice!
