Ingredients
2 lbs potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), peeled and cubed
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup sour cream
½ cup whole milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)

2 tbsp Garlic Ranch Mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Cook the Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain and Mash: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash them with a potato masher or use a hand mixer for a smoother texture.
Add Butter and Milk: Add the butter, sour cream, and milk to the mashed potatoes. Stir until the butter is fully melted and incorporated.
