Carne asada literally translates to “grilled meat.” Pretty basic, eh?
This spice blend will make you feel like you're on the streets of Sayulita, Mexico eating street tacos. This takes the real work out of it, the deed is done once you add the oil and the meat to a freezer bag and refrigerate.

Ingredients
2 pounds of flank or skirt steak
-
2 tablespoons of Carne Asada Spice
1/4 cup of oil or water
Directions
In a gallon size resealable bag mix your Crane Asada Spice with your water or oil. Squeeze it around to mix it up.
Throw the entire flank steak or meat of your choice into the resealable bag. Seal it up tight! Make sure all the meat is exposed to the marinade, squishing the bag around to coat.
Refrigerate to your desire; if you are in a hurry you can marinate for 30mins. If you have time let it marinate for few hours or over night.
Heat your grill to high heat.
Remove steak or whatever meat from marinade, and toss the excess marinade away. Then cook grill for 7 - 10mins per side.
Once done, let your meat rest for 10mins. Thinly slice against the grain, and ENJOY!
Recipe Note
Perfect for stuffing tacos, burritos, salads, nachos…or serve it with Avocado slices and Pico De Gallo
